As the host and primary writer of the Questions Hip Hop Trivia, Sean Kantrowitz is a certified hip hop brainiac. In addition to his trivial pursuits, he is also a musician and producer who has contributed to songs by Sia, Murs, and Nikki Jean, as well as Grammy-nominated projects by Dr. Dre and Kelly Clarkson. In the world of television, Sean has produced several shows, many of them music-centric, for CBS, Amazon, and TNT.

As founder/host of The Questions Hip-Hop, Sean Kantrowitz developed a live trivia event into a pandemic-inspired livestream show/podcast featuring notable artists, producers, DJs, comedians, and writers putting their rap trivia skills to the test and sharing their love for the culture. Notable guests over the years include Questlove, Bun B, Just Blaze, Warren G, and many more. Following the success of the show, The Questions became a chart-topping card game published through Penguin Random House.

Sean is also an award-nominated composer, musician and music producer who has contributed to Grammy-nominated albums by Dr. Dre and Kelly Clarkson, as well as songs by Sia, Murs, Demi Lovato, and Jennifer Lopez. In the world of television, Sean has produced several shows for CBS, Amazon, and TNT, featuring the likes of Method Man, Snoop Dogg, and Kacey Musgraves. In his role as Director of Media & Content at FYI, Sean oversees the content and media endeavors of will.i.am and his tech-startup company FYI.AI.
